Frank Knox Memorial Fellowships 2010-2011: Harvard University
Fellowships are available for five graduate students, men or women, from the
United Kingdom to study for up to two consecutive years in one of the Faculties
of Harvard. The value of each Fellowship is $23,000 plus tuition and health service
fees.
The competition is open to British citizens at the time of application who are studying for a first or higher degree, have spent at least two of the last four years at a United Kingdom University or University College and will have graduated before taking up an award in September 2010, or are graduates employed in business, education or government who graduated not earlier than 2008 and wish to attend the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Harvard Business School, Graduate School of Design, Harvard Divinity School, Graduate School of Education, Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Law School and the School of Public Health.
Candidates should submit nine typed legibly written copies of the application form, and attach to each a short essay of not more than 1,000 words giving an account of his/her academic pursuits, general activities, intellectual interests, future plans and the reasons for wishing to study in the United States.
