Funding Information for Prospective Postgraduate Students

MSc Carbon Management Scholarship

The University of Edinburgh will offer five scholarships per academic year to international students who plan to undertake MSc in Carbon Management.

Each scholarship will have a value of £ 1,000 and will be tenable for one academic year.

Eligibility

The scholarship will be awarded to students accepted for admission on a full time basis onto the MSc in Carbon Management in the School of Geosciences, at the University of Edinburgh.

The sole criterion for the scholarships will be academic excellence; successful applicants are likely to hold or expect to achieve a UK first class Honours undergraduate degree or the overseas equivalent.

Applicants should already have been offered a place at the University of Edinburgh and should have firmly accepted that offer or be intending to do so.

Application Procedure

The deadline for this scholarship has now passed. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Selection Procedure

A Selection Committee will meet in June 2009 to select the scholarship holders. The winners of the scholarships will be announced by the end of July 2009.
